Terms of Service

Swagger to MCP Gateway (the “Service”) is operated by RTT Intelligence, located at Teknopark Istanbul – Cube Incubation, Sanayi Mah. Teknopark Bulvarı No:1/4C, Pendik, Istanbul, Türkiye.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service for an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. Accounts are created through supported OAuth providers. You are responsible for protecting access to your provider account, keeping account information current, and notifying us promptly of unauthorized use.

You may not share an account in a way that defeats owner isolation, plan limits, or security controls. Actions performed through your account are treated as authorized by you unless you have notified us of compromise.

The Service lets authorized users create and operate MCP surfaces from OpenAPI APIs and approved database scopes. Features may include source discovery, tool publishing, descriptions, server-side credentials, validated execution, Gateway Chat, quotas, and redacted usage logs.

Features, supported source types, limits, and availability may change as the Service evolves. Preview, beta, or advanced features may be incomplete and may carry additional risk.

You retain your rights in the APIs, database schemas, configuration, prompts, and other content you provide. You grant us a limited right to host, process, transmit, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, and support the Service.

You represent that you have all permissions needed to connect each source, submit credentials, publish tools, process data, and authorize users or AI clients. You are responsible for configuring scopes, columns, operations, credentials, and tools appropriately for your use case.

You must not use the Service to:

• Violate law, regulation, contract, intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
• Access a source, owner, integration, table, column, account, or system without authorization.
• Bypass validation, quotas, publication state, authentication, billing, or security controls.
• Introduce malware, disrupt infrastructure, probe for vulnerabilities without written permission, or interfere with other users.
• Publish secrets, regulated data, or personal data when you lack a lawful basis and appropriate safeguards.
• Use automated traffic that is abusive, deceptive, or materially exceeds documented limits.

Semantic descriptions and AI-generated plans are not a security boundary. You must review configurations and outputs appropriate to the impact of your use case.

Free and paid plans are subject to the limits shown on the pricing page and at checkout. Paid subscriptions are processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise. Taxes, currency conversion, and local charges may be added at checkout where applicable.

Subscriptions renew automatically for the selected billing period until canceled. You can manage or cancel a subscription through the billing portal. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled under the terms presented at checkout and any non-waivable consumer law.

We may restrict or suspend paid features if a payment fails or a subscription expires. Quotas and plan limits may be enforced automatically.

We aim to provide a reliable Service, but no uptime commitment, response-time guarantee, or service-level agreement applies unless agreed separately in writing. Maintenance, provider outages, source failures, security events, or circumstances outside our reasonable control may interrupt access.

The Service, its software, design, documentation, brands, and related materials are owned by RTT Intelligence or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or create derivative services except where applicable law expressly permits it.

If you provide feedback, you allow us to use it without restriction or payment, provided we do not publicly identify you without permission.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to prevent harm, address a security risk, comply with law, respond to non-payment, or enforce these Terms. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

On termination, your right to use the Service ends. Provisions that by their nature should survive—including payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute terms—will survive.

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. You remain responsible for reviewing AI-generated actions, tool permissions, database scopes, and the consequences of calls made through your MCP surfaces.

To the extent permitted by law, RTT Intelligence will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity. Our aggregate liability arising from the Service will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to any mandatory rights or jurisdiction that cannot be waived, courts and enforcement offices in Istanbul, Türkiye have exclusive jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated when required, and the revised effective date will be published. Continued use after the updated Terms take effect means you accept them.
